When it's hot outside, the wait can feel even longer, as the temperature inside the building doesn’t provide much relief. It seems like they might be trying to save money on air conditioning because it was quite uncomfortable. Overall, it wasn’t a cool retreat from the heat, that's for sure.

Sometimes I have to wait a while in the drive thru but I never mind as I know a lot of places are dealing with staffing shortages. I understand that there are staff shortages right now, so a slow wait time for food is not a very big issue for me. However, the lack of professionalism gets slightly worse every time I eat here; the employees usually seem to have less-than-stellar disposition to customers, leading to a unpleasant and gloomy atmosphere. Furthermore, the order accuracy could be improved. When I receive the food, it's Wen
