I had the pleasure of taking my grandfather out to celebrate his 89th birthday with a delightful meal. High Rail truly exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional, and the prices were very reasonable. We felt like family throughout our visit. Every staff member acknowledged it was Poppy's birthday, greeting him warmly, sharing laughs, and making his day special. I will definitely be back to Georgia next time!
If you're looking for a quick bite, make sure to stop by this restaurant! The food was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly. It’s a great spot for families; they provide coloring sheets and crayons for the kids, and there are plenty of high chairs available. The dining area is spacious and beautifully designed, allowing for a comfortable atmosphere where families can enjoy their meals together without feeling too loud or crowded. They were thoughtful enough to serve my child's meal promptly, which is a huge plus since kids often struggle with waiting. One suggestion for improvement would be the table design.
The food was good and everyone was friendly. Ran out of drinks a few times. Food was hot and fresh. Had kids menus with crayons to let them color while waiting. Clean throughout. Update: we have been back a few times since my first review. The food was good as always and our experiences have been great each time. The last time we went my 5 year old began choking on a cheese stick. I am thankful to be trained as a paramedic and was able to get the cheese stick out quickly. What I want to point out is that the waitresses and staff we had that night dropped what they were doing and were at our table to give aid to my son and I'm so grateful for that! 1 of the waitresses we talked to was BLS certified as well. Not sure if all of them were but it was awesome to see. A+
I love the High Rail. High Class Chicken Fried Pork Chop with lateral dishes of Mac and cheese set by this world. Servers were exceptional as service. I had brought 3 friends from me out of town and you impressed everyone!!
The food was absolutely delicious! We started with fried green beans, which are my absolute favorite appetizer. For our main course, we had a ribeye steak that was incredibly flavorful, although it was slightly overcooked. I ordered it medium rare, but it came out more medium. Nevertheless, it still tasted fantastic! And those sautéed greens—oh my goodness! They were, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had! I can't wait to return and try more dishes!
