What User doesn't like about Shoto's Japanese Seafood And Steak House:
I walked in to place my order and less than five minutes later my order was ready. My food was oily, overly moist, and had hardly any steak in it. The chicken had sauce on it that I'm not sure I asked for or was supposed to be on there, I think they may have just reheated leftovers or maybe an order that had it been picked up. I highly recommend this place as the service is incredibly fast and the quality and taste of the food never disappoint. I am lucky to live so close to this restaurant and will continue to frequent it often.
I recently dined at this restaurant and had an incredibly delicious meal! It is a hidden gem in the small town of Thomasville. The Tsunami roll stood out with its unique crispy element, perfect for seafood lovers. Personally, I found the rainbow roll to be the standout dish - it was flavorful and satisfying. I also tried the house special, which was both hearty and delicious. My favorite appetizer was the Shoto’s house egg rolls - each bite was filled with savory cream cheese and crab meat. I highly recommend visiting this lovely restaurant as everything is homemade and tastes fantastic.
I love dining at this restaurant. The staff is always friendly, the food is delicious, and I am always satisfied when I visit. I recommend trying it out if you are in the area. They have a spacious dining area that can accommodate various group sizes. We are always seated quickly, even when we have a large party. The food is consistently good, which is a major plus for me.
The rolls are decent for the price. The decor and ambiance could use a fresh coat of paint and consistent lighting. Overall, it's a good place to have some sushi. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Dining at this restaurant was for dinner and cost between $10 to $20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5. Recommended dishes included Hibachi Chicken with Broccoli, Steak Rice and Sweet Carrots, California Roll, Kani Roll, and Miso Soup. There was plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.
