Chicking - Thodupuzha

Staffs are not attentive and felt like not interested to sell anything. None of the staffs doesn 't have welcoming face. We were confused to select the food item since we are 4 members. We spend around 10 minutes over there, very near to cashier and other staff but surprisingly they did not intended to help us on selecting the items വേണങ്കിൽ വന്ന് കഴിച്ചിട്ട് പോടേ type of attitude. Later we decided to have outside food other than chicking. Otherwise we would have buy something from there, JUST BECAUSE OF STAFF 'S ATTITUDE Chicking lost the business.

It's a bit costly place, but for a franchise of chicking in this area its ok. Nothing much to say about this place because like other chicking franchises this place also will not disappoint you With their food and service . A recommended place to go out with your family.

They are mischievior Shouting to customer Behave who went to eat food for generosity got it from the staff Over all bad behaviour If you go in couples,you will definitely have a bad experience.getout will be done the food eaters will not speak anything.after that if it is raining if you wait there the staff will wake up morally

Very bad service. There was no water in the washrooms and the staff did not even care to let us know. Food was not that good. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Poor customer service.staffs Attitude is really bad.food is good but it will take time.
