We have just entered the Cleopatra launch, it was a sight to behold and is quite appealing. The staff treated us very well. We have acquired some refreshing beverages along with fish fingers. The side dish comprising of salads and peanut fry was delectable. The interior was enhanced with a variety of colors and the seating provides an magnifying view. This hotel is an ideal place for refreshment for all types of genres. I strongly recommend it to all of them.

They r very hardworking people So give them time to freshen up Do their Duties in a more relaxed manner. U could add a few more staff members... otherwise those who r now working so diligently Will suffer Fatigue. Be Kinder to All the staff...Pay them well.. make them a little more happy. Happy people work better make The Ambience Atmosphere of the Hotel more lively. It would be nice to see happy faces . Makes the guests happy too...

Food was a bit pricey but hygienic. Service was good. Not so kid friendly as there are some sharp edges in the room. Complimentary breakfast had only two options, either dosa or poori. Further, breakfast was served only by 8am. Could have been served a little earlier, as normally hotels start serving by around 7:30am.
