Gidget's Cafe - Thirroul

I went to this restaurant for a coffee and was not let down. The cakes were a bit too high in calories for my liking, but if you enjoy indulgent Nutella muffins, this is the place for you. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, it was on the pricey side.

Being locals, we love being able to walk to a licensed restaurant for dinner. Gidget's offers tapas on Friday and Saturday nights and the atmosphere is cosy and inviting. I love the small bowl of pretzels to munch on while you choose from the menu. There is a range of tapas on the menu as well as specials on the board - baked brie, lamb koftas, stuffed zucchini flowers and the like. Vegetarians are well catered for too. Served on boards with yummy toasted sour dough. We like it so much we go back regularly. No expensive and value for money.

Popped in for some lunch on a Sunday afternoon. A busy place with most available tables taken - not a negative by any means. Obviously a popular cafe. The food was well presented here although we waited rather a while before it was brought to us (25mins).

The Food and Service is amazing, If you are in Thirroul it is a must and The Rosti is what I recommend to eat.

Went here today with my husband for lunch. We shared a salad and burger. Wow! The flavors were fresh and delicious. Loved all the elements of both meals. I also like that this place does its breakfast menu all day.
