The cakes were a bit too high in calories for my liking, but if you enjoy indulgent Nutella muffins, this is the place for you. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, it was on the pricey side.

Gidget's offers tapas on Friday and Saturday nights and the atmosphere is cosy and inviting. I love the small bowl of pretzels to munch on while you choose from the menu. There is a range of tapas on the menu as well as specials on the board - baked brie, lamb koftas, stuffed zucchini flowers and the like. Vegetarians are well catered for too. Served on boards with yummy toasted sour dough. We like it so much we go back regularly. No expensive and value for money.

The food was well presented here although we waited rather a while before it was brought to us (25mins).

I alw... read more I have been to this restaurant for breakfast and lunch a few times. The coffee is always excellent and the menu has a good variety of interesting options. I always enjoy the food here. Definitely one of the top cafes in Thirroul!
