Simple kitchen with well-valued local products. work without taking tète with tastes that are at the rendezvous. a good simple and tasteful local kitchen. You won't have a bad surprise. You just have to come to taste. You have to warn of your coming easier for the chief. bravo for simplicity and especially for taste.
Deep honestly when you've just bet, no one's perfect. We loved the atmosphere, the woodworks, the corridors and the woodworking floor that grinds. the bed linen is comfortable, the rooms a little old but pleasant. the dinner was hearty and quality for a sweet price in a pleasant room that could tell of its generations of travelers.
In a relaxing and not crowded environment (we are at thiers) you can discover true dishes of the French secular tradition served with skill and competence
