Service was excellent and friendly. Food was average/good. Portions were big. Steak was average tasting, but the mushroom sauce was excellent with large juicy mushrooms!! Barramundi fish was average. Our visit to Brew Cafe was very disappointing. We waited to be seated, and eventually we were told from behind the counter to seat ourselves. No menus were brought over so we got them ourselves. The waitress was slow to take our orders even though there was only another 6 people in the cafe. Harry was a great server and the food was fresh and hot . Very efficient service so great for any city workers.
Best little café, great atmosphere, great coffee and food, more importantly fantastic service.
Good reasonably priced food and nice decor but the service we received from a young lady Letitia was exceptional. In an age where service is so often abrupt this young lady should be the model for all customer service staff. Her beaming smile would brighten anyone's morning, very polite and great attention to detail. Letitia clearly takes pride in her job and is a great advertisement for this cafe.
Great food, awesome service. If you want to stroll away from the hotels this is the place
