The staff is friendly and very accommodating, especially for those who are trying boba tea for the first time.

I always enjoy visiting this place for milk tea! The service is excellent, and the restaurant is tidy and well-kept.

The Teahouse has several locations across the city, all featuring a consistent menu that highlights a diverse array of iced teas. You can elevate any drink by adding tapioca balls, which provide a delightful experience. Many of the beverages are caffeine-free and can be customized to your liking, with choices for half-sugar or no sugar at all.

This is by far the worst boba tea shop I have ever been to. The drinks are overly diluted and devoid of flavor. The management should do some undercover visits to really understand the quality of their offerings. The cream teas, especially, leave much to be desired. After visiting various Teahouse locations for over a decade, this one has made me hesitant to return to any of them. I have been here multiple times, and each experience has been consistently disappointing, with the added frustration of them frequently running out of boba. I'd much rather travel further for a boba tea that I actually enjoy.

I really adore the taro cream tea! Although I’m not a huge fan of the almond drink, the fries and popcorn chicken definitely make up for it! The staff is consistently very friendly!
