This is my go-to place when I want Chinese food. The last time I went, the lo mein was a little salty, but I think it was an off night as it was packed in there when I went to get my food. All in all I won't stop going there because the food is delicious affordable. View all feedback.
What Kim Marquez doesn't like about The Rice Box:
This place was good but I wouldn’t say I was blown away. Decent food, I’ve had other places that were better. Their eggrolls are A1 though the orange chicken was okay and their fried rice is okay as well. Great customer service though I would recommend if you have a taste for Chinese View all feedback.

Very disappointed in the customer service. We ordered kung pao chicken and the meat was inedible with chewy pieces of fat (It seemed as if they served us the trimmings) I submitted two customer service inquiries regarding the order and received no response from the restaurant. We frequently visit the S shepherd location and have never had a negative experience there.
Food was pretty good. Has good atmosphere and just a fun plus to eat. Would come back for sure.
Fried rice is very very good, must orderSour and hot soup...
