I received a flyer in my door and most times I ignore them but today I decided to give it a try as it said new management. I called to place a to go order and the gentleman who answered the phone was beyond polite and helpful answering any questions I had and super respectful! What Tonia H doesn't like about Firestone Italian Pizza:
Firestone was great when they first opened, but now the quality is woefully bad. Today, half our pizzas had no crust (literally as flat as a sheet of paper and minimal toppings (18 pepperoni on an XL pizza?? . Its as if they don't care anymore--in recent orders, a pita only had one slice of chicken breast, pizzas have been burnt and somehow cold upon arrival, or items were missing from the order. The food is always well made and fresh, and I really enjoy the owners customer service.
They took an hour and a half to deliver one pizza and wings. We live 5 minutes away and had to call them TWICE to confirm the address since they didn’t in the first call. very very ridiculous delivery system. you’d think they’d have this worked out by now. THEN when we called the delivery driver for the SECOND TIME to just confirm that he had the address in the first place, he tells us that the eta is 5 mins after, we got off the phone 2mins prior and the cashier said the driver was in route. very very weird place and they don’t got there stuff together
Great thin crust pizza. Red sauce delicious. Kid friendly and approved. We would highly recommend.
Super Deluxe Pizza. The pizza was not good. Crust had no flavor. Sausage had a strange taste (I pulled all of it off the pizza). I ate 2 slices and threw the rest away. I was very disappointed.
This business used to be owned by someone named Sam. When he had it the food was delicious and the service was great. We got some pizza last weekend and found out about the change in ownership. The pizza was not even half as good as it used to be. We are not going back.
