Trash. Had to return next day for replacement and was still trash. Won't even answer the phone. Stopped eating chipotle 3 years ago because of raw chicken, now they're just trash. Ordered carnitas and they were SPOILED, dry and disgusting. Will NEVER return to this location and I don't need feed back, reply or apologies from y'all, just know you all are STILL an epic fail View all feedback.
Food is too expensive for the quality, ambiance, and amount. You can get a burrito many places of equal quality for half the price.
Hello Houston please stop by Chipotle on Westheimer at Eldridge I had a excellent experience food is extra fresh places clean restrooms clean everybody's smiling teamwork is in place while this is my new spot Eatery. Worse Chipotle I ever been. They didn’t have white rice so I have to wait for 30 minutes and finally the rice was uncooked and extremely greasy. Very unfriendly customer service
