The customer service was非常 poor. I waited six minutes before receiving any assistance, and both employees behind the counter made eye contact with me without acknowledging my presence. After placing my order, I was left waiting while the staff attended to the customers behind me for payment. To make matters worse, they had no napkins available at all.
The place is big and spacious. Plenty of seating available. The time I went it was an inconvenience because you had to place your online to have them prep you the food to go. Even though they were there and could had taken your order. The main food line was not available due to a missing glass that made in unable to put the food out. The food quality is what is to be expected of the restaurant chain, but the way this place operates lacks practicality.
