We?ve been going to this carvel since as long as I can remember. Ice cream is always fresh and delicious. They have a new pistachio soft serve which is delicious, you get the pistachio flavor without the nuts. We?ll always go to this Carvel. View all feedback.
What Tim N doesn't like about Carvel:
They need to change their hours and go back to closing at 10 or later. Closing at 9 is too early. Most people eat ice cream as dessert so opening later in the day and closing later would make more sense. I often end up buying ice cream at Uncle Louies or CVS because they close too early View all feedback.

Conveniently in the neighborhood, but no one is friendly. They seemed bothered when you walk in. Too pricey for too little customer service.
Worst service ever! There is a KAREN that works there; she was very rude to me when all I wanted was a extra topping that I was going to pay for. Stay away from this specific Carvel, especially if you don’t want to be disappointed.
Good had the cake we needed and very friendly in this location but no parking only at the meters so it's hard to find parking
The singular employee at the restaurant handed me a dirty napkin that she had used to clean the counter, making eye contact as she did so. Her attitude was not friendly at all.
