Ordered a home delivery for a special occasion but after two hours still no food. Each time I call I was told it was out for delivery. I live 1 min away so clearly not. I went to get a refund and lots of other people were doing the same. What a disappointment. Staff couldn't care less about my order. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Service: Delivery Price per person: £30–40

All though I’m sorry but the food was disgusting!!the chips were really soggy and greasy,I had half a omelette even though it was supposed to be a full size one. No free prawn crackers and the chicken balls were not very nice at all. I will unfortunately not be ordering from here again.

Food delivered with 3 out of 8 items missing, phoned and spoke with a young woman who really didn't seem to care or see this was a problem, she offered a re-order or refund, we said we would like the missing items if it could be delivered quickly as it was one item from each person's meal and the rest of the food was going cold, 30 minutes later the missing items had still not arrived so called again to be told by the same girl that they are very busy, no apology or urgency, we won't be ordering from here again

Just don’t... read more Food was meant to take an hour and a half and after 2 hours I called to be told it would be 15 minutes. 25 minutes later the food still wasn’t here. Just don’t bother. I wish I’d looked this place up more before I ordered because this doesn’t seem to be the first time.

At 1845 we tried to add something to the order to be told it had left. 30 minutes later I rang them to find out where it was to be told its just left again. I said that they said that 30/40 mins ago, well we 're busy the chap said.....we live 6 minutes down the road!!!! It finally arrived over an hour after they said it had left, so quite clearly they were lying to us. They obviously just couldn 't be bothered to update our order and just kept fobbing us off. The chow mein was really greasy and awful. Terrible service. No apology or anything. Would never use again, (the next morning we 've been poorly)
