I will never go back to Pizza Hut or Domino's because Samo's serves the best pizzas hands down! I have ordered food from them in-store or for takeout three times and their customer service and food quality have never let me or my friends down. Don't let the decor fool you - this place may need a little sprucing up, but it's a hidden gem in Thanet!
I used to frequent Samos regularly, but this place has significantly declined in both the quality of their food and service. The staff is rude on the phone, the pizza is consistently soggy and appears to be haphazardly thrown together, and the chicken wings are burnt. As a chef myself, this was a total turn off for me.
I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. The pizza was not cooked properly and was soggy. When I asked for a refund, the staff was rude and lied about the quality of the pizza. They did not listen to my complaints or try to find a solution.
Samos Pizza in Margate serves some of the most delicious pizza around. The customer service is excellent. It is definitely one of my favorite pizza shops.
The pizzas at this restaurant are incredibly tasty and offer excellent value for money. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean and inviting. I highly recommend it.
