I've been twice, and I've both been empty. the first time was the drive thru and there was no one on the order window, so I had to. Today I went in with my son and the wait was out of the door, so I ordered through the touchscreen. When I finished, I pressed the order and it was only 5 minutes suspended (the confirmation from the to expect) and then it just went back to the home screen. To be honest, they don't have to go here, they have to get their act together.

The food was dry and soggy, with a burger that was supposed to have salad but only had a tiny bit of lettuce. The meal cost over £35 and was not worth it at all. Yuck!
