Once again, I ordered a meal from this restaurant and they consistently forget something. The customer service is awful. The menu clearly states what is included, so when I called and they told me it doesn't come with chicken, it was ridiculous. They need to pay more attention to their menu. View all feedback.

Not had a KFC in years so thought would give it a try. Without doubt one of the worst takeaways I've ever had. Everything was cold, chips were soggy, the spices on the chicken were not right and certainly not like they used to be. Bucket lid was pushed in and crushed, beans were so called regular but literally a mouth full. And the price was ridiculous. Honestly had better from budget supermarket.
My wife and I decided to have a Kentucky recently as we hadn't had one in years. Cold chips, lukewarm chicken with not much flavour, and not very cheap. It will be a long time before we bother again.
I ordered a deal on the app and walked to the restaurant to pick up my order. When I got home, I discovered that they had made a mistake with one of the burgers. I returned to the store with the incorrect burger, but they insisted that the error was my fault for entering it incorrectly on the app. Despite showing them on my phone that there was no other way to place the order, they still claimed it was a problem with their screen. They eventually gave me the correct burger without an apology or any compensation. A gesture like free fries or hot wings would have been appreciated. This poor experience, without even an acknowledgment of fault, left me feeling disappointed as I usually have a good experience at this restaurant.
