When I called the restaur... read more I ordered from Just Eat for the second time and for the second day in a row, the food was not delivered and they refused to refund me. When I called the restaurant, they told me it was Just Eat's responsibility. When I challenged the lady who had an attitude about me being charged for something I did not receive and for using unprofessional delivery services, she hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed in the service. I will no longer be using this service or Just Eat. I want a refund.
