Was Anonym at The Thatch a mag?
I had a fantastic lunch! The menu was impressive, the food was excellent, and the service was prompt and very friendly. There’s really nothing to complain about. I’ll definitely be back soon! View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about The Thatch:
Restaurant was busy with Christmas parties and our booking was not on the in house booking system when we arrived. The front of house staff were very helpful and did find a table for our party of 5 once we provided our open table confirmation. Service was good, main course was nice, desserts were disappointing, sticky toffee pudding was overpowered with ginger. We were seated in the extension and it was very cold. View all feedback.

My friends and I returned for an early supper for a new year gathering. Great service, fab food. Such a lovely private space for us. And we got to use our vouchers from our previous visit!

We had the best Sunday roast lunch we can remember. Brilliant service. We sat in the old part of the building. Roast beef served to order with endless Yorkshire and roasts and gravy and greens. Worth the hour drive from London and then some.
