Went in for a cuppa and a snack. Did not expect wishy washy tea in something resembling my Nanna 's trifle dish! Said I couldn 't drink it so the waitress poured it into a coffee pot and gave me a cup and saucer. This did not help! The actual tea is awful perfumed and undrinkable so I told the waitress to take it away. A few minutes later a different waitress popped her head round and asked if I would like a cup of Y... I have visited this restaurant many times, and I've always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. They are always willing to take the time to chat with you. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
The coffee and croissants are excellent, and their bread is delightful.
I often enjoy a vegan pasty for breakfast after my night shifts, whenever it's available. The staff are lovely, and I appreciate the variety of vegetarian options.
