I visited this restaurant for my daughter's birthday. We were seated promptly and our order was taken quickly. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. My only complaint is that it would have been helpful if they provided bags for the To-Go containers so we didn't have to carry them separately. What User doesn't like about Jade East:
I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The food was terrible - the chicken fingers were undercooked, the teriyaki meat was thin and not cooked properly, and the lobster sauce was unpleasant. I ordered the "Diamond Head" dish and it was a disappointment - the lobster was not fresh, the rice was dry, and overall it was not worth the $30 price. I was there when I had a chance since 1976. eating is delicious? we went as a group of 10 because my grandmother and grandmother never taste this kind of food in puerto rico. they loved eating.
This place is rough. doesn't know how it has 4 stars. chicken wings came cold. general tso worst I had ever thrown up like fried chicken breast with sauce. to tewksbury imo there are much better options.
The best Mai Tais around!! They used crushed ice which is, in my opinion, much better! Food is good! Long bar but I hate the bar seats, lol. Still 5 stars!
Phenomenal restaurant. The food is as good as it gets. I true gem that will always be on my list. First time there this evening and whenever north of Boston will always visit.
First time here and the server was really nice. Food was good too! We will be back.
