We usually enjoy BJs but on this visit we had a VERY poor server. She was definitely inexperienced as she did not even know how to open a bottle of wine. Obviously she was not given proper training. Our shared appetizer arrived after our main course, and she bought the check without first seeing if we wanted anything else, including deserts that were part of the prime rib special that two of our party had had. The restaurant has declined over the years. The portions have become smaller, and the prices are quite high. To be fair, prices have increased everywhere, but when you're not getting good value for average food, it’s disappointing. The appetizers and desserts are served quickly, but the main courses take much longer to arrive than they should. View all feedback.
Service was very slow and we just had chicken sandwiches and a burger. And the burger was supposed to be medium rare and it was well done.
Food is delicious , the drinks are good the ambience is great!
