Everything else here is excellent, but I really urge you to upgrade that drive-thru speaker. Once that's done, you'll definitely receive my 5 stars!

I was informed that my order would be ready in 6-9 minutes, b... read more I strongly urge the management to address the issue of inaccurate pick-up times for mobile orders. I was informed that my order would be ready in 6-9 minutes, but my wife and I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes longer than promised. I understand that a longer queue can impact a restaurant's performance, but this does not justify the lack of communication regarding being short-staffed or the process of pushing orders through as if they are ready when they are not. I am extremely disappointed. I will ensure that I, along with all my friends and family, stop using this app, as it has proven to be ineffective. The overall experience has been poor, with subpar customer service and excessive wait times. It's especially frustrating to see that, despite placing an order ahead of time, my meal was served after several drive-thru customers and walk-ins who ordered after me. In the end, I spent $30 on cold food and wasted half an hour that I could have spent comfortably at home if I had known the food wasn't actually ready! But I suppose you've already gotten my money, right?

I had recently enjoyed a delicious burger from a Whataburger in Flint, TX, but this location is now off my list forever. When we arrived, there were only 2-3 customers inside and a few in the drive-thru, yet we waited 20 minutes for just two burgers, fries, and onion rings. Everything we received was cold, dry, and lacked flavor. We ate it, but I really wish we had spoken up right away. After finishing, I walked to the bathroom and saw an employee with about 20 fries already prepped and ready to go—no wonder they were dry. I will never return to this Whataburger; I’d rather drive home hungry. Good riddance!

I ordered two cheeseburgers and one order of fries and waited 20 minutes inside, even though they weren't busy. Visit date: 8/21/2022.

No... read more I waited more than 30 minutes for my order, and as someone from Nevada, I was really looking forward to trying Whataburger. Sadly, I was pretty disappointed. Nothing stood out as exceptional; In-N-Out is definitely better. The staff was friendly and apologized for the delay, but that didn’t improve the experience much. I won’t be returning, and I’ll recommend that my friends and family avoid this place to save their money. On a positive note, my wife did enjoy her meal.
