First and last time at this location. Is fresh food to hard to ask for? I didn?t know this needed to be requested? my kids? meal was very old. The fries were cold and stale as was the 3- day old chicken nuggets. I won?t be returning here! Literallyeverything was hard and should not have been sold.
The food was cold and tough, and there was no one at the counter to take my order. It took about 10-15 minutes before someone finally appeared to assist me. Even then, I had to repeat my order at least 10 times for them to input it correctly. They consistently made mistakes. This has been my experience every time I’ve visited, which has been a total of five times. I cannot recommend this place. I only enjoy the curly fries, but they're always cold and tough here.
Stopped for lunch at this Arby's location last week while passing through, and it was probably the worst service I've ever experienced there. We tried to go inside, but all the doors were locked, so we had to use the drive-thru. They were out of ham and turkey, which I understand due to shortages everywhere. We ordered the brisket meal and asked for cheese on the side for the fries. They said it already comes with cheese. I also requested no tomato on the gyro. When we received our order and checked it, there was no cheese on the side, tomatoes were on the gyro, and the slider was incredibly dry, like shoe leather. To make matters worse, the brisket sandwich had only one tiny piece of meat. We had to stand across from the window and raise our voices to report all the mistakes. They said we had to pay for the side cheese since we didn’t order it initially. Then they told us to wait until they finished serving the three cars ahead of us. Lastly, they looked at the brisket sandwich and said it was fine. One small piece of meat that barely covered a quarter of the bun is definitely not fine. After a 20-minute wait and some arguing, they finally fixed everything. Thankfully, we will never have to return to this location.
It's been a while since I last visited Arby's. The meal was satisfying for fast food. The sandwich was hearty, and the curly fries were excellent. Well done! I'll definitely return.
The staff here are very unprofessional. They are rude to both customers and coworkers without any repercussions from management. Ashley, who takes orders in the drive-thru, speaks to people in the most hateful way possible and shows no respect to anyone. It must be tough to be so unhappy in a fast food job.
