I went during my lunch break so didn’t go back. All three were like that. Now I know, next time I’ll just grab a bag of Doritos somewhere. It’ll be cheaper and more filling.

The food was filled and tasted great.The staff was welcoming, which made it even more inviting.

This location has switched to kiosk ordering in the lobby only. My entire family just left in frustration because they refused to take our order. They still owe... read more This location has switched to kiosk ordering in the lobby only. My entire family just left in frustration because they refused to take our order. They still owe us for our last visit to the drive-thru, where they messed up half of our order and left one meal out completely. The kiosk has too many missing options, making it difficult to get our food prepared correctly and cater to allergy needs. We will not be returning to this location and will instead drive to other locations for our dining needs from now on. I strongly advise against visiting this place; they are on track to become the next disappointing Chicken Express in town.

Yet, the teenagers behind the counter seemed to be too occupied with something more pressing, like scrolling through TikTok. I won’t be returning. The tables were filthy, and no one bothered to clean up after the previous customers. It was just disgusting.

Additionally, during my last visit, I found a used band-aid in my food, which they did remake and provided me with two coupons for a future visit. However, nobody was rude that day. This store has had numerous issues over the past month, so I would advise you to avoid it.
