I went during my lunch break so didn’t go back. All three were like that. Now I know, next time I’ll just grab a bag of Doritos somewhere. It’ll be cheaper and more filling.

This location has switched to kiosk ordering in the lobby only. My entire family just left in frustration because they refused to take our order. They still owe... read more This location has switched to kiosk ordering in the lobby only. My entire family just left in frustration because they refused to take our order. They still owe us for our last visit to the drive-thru, where they messed up half of our order and left one meal out completely. The kiosk has too many missing options, making it difficult to get our food prepared correctly and cater to allergy needs. We will not be returning to this location and will instead drive to other locations for our dining needs from now on. I strongly advise against visiting this place; they are on track to become the next disappointing Chicken Express in town.
