One of the top spots in Terrell for Mexican cuisine. I've heard that their margaritas are absolutely amazing!
Most embarrassing experience, Today was our second time eating at this restaurant . The food and services were average. We were sat fairly quick, however we weren?t even done eating when our waitress started to rush us out the door mumbling some vagueclosing time procedure and cleaning tasks needing to be done for that section. She dropped our check when we were not even halfway through our dinner. I do not recommend,
The service was average and a bit slow. I’m usually not very picky, but I found it really frustrating to spend over $30 on a fajita plate for two that didn’t meet my expectations. The meat was overcooked and lacked flavor, the rice was tough, and the beans were bland and dry. On a positive note, the salsa was quite good. They charge $1.99 for a side of shredded cheese, which seems a bit steep. Overall, it just didn’t feel like it was worth the price.
I took my mom to this restaurant, and the food was fantastic… once we finally got it. By the time our main dishes arrived, we were almost full from the chips. It wasn't that busy, so I'm not sure what caused the delay. Unfortunately, we had to leave a lot of food behind since we were going shopping afterward and it wouldn't keep well in the hot car. Other than that, the experience was wonderful!
Overall, my experience was average. Upon arrival, I was a bit unsure whether I was supposed to seat myself. We waited for about five minutes without being greeted, even though there was someone at the front desk who didn’t acknowledge us. However, our waiter was very friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. There were a few items I ordered that didn’t appear on my bill, but it wasn’t a problem since I didn’t receive them anyway. The food itself lacked seasoning overall. The chicken in the chicken taco was so juicy that it turned my hard taco into a soft one by the time I began eating it. The salsa was bland, but I really enjoyed my chicken enchilada with sour cream sauce. The portion for the kids’ chicken strips meal was quite generous, and both my daughter and I loved her meal. The atmosphere was pleasant, so I’m sure we’ll consider returning in the future.
