The meat is cooked juicy and tender inside. Maybe the aroma and flavor of the bbq is from the hickory burning wood, but it takes a really good pit master to make it all happen. He made it happen when we were there. No matter where you are travelling, this place is worth that extra stop. Try it and you will not be disappointed.
