This place is funny,watch your order and make sure they are correct before you live,I was there with my family ordered 1 double whapper meal,2 for $6 burgers, they gave me normal whapper not double,for the small burgers 2for $6..they gave us one instead of 2,the manager and the people working there are really funny,please watch out and read their comments section,see what people are saying about this place.
I have been a regular guest for 5 years but I won?t be back until they have better staff and management. The last 3 times I went there were less than 3 cars in the drive through and they park every single car and make them wait. I used to get served at thewindow and never had to park. After waiting for the food the burger ended up being something they just slopped together and thefries were barely warm and undercooked. This place has turned into pure trash and now I see why there is hardly ever anyonethere. I hope whoever owns this store gets to see this and makes some serious changes or your business is in danger.
Just so y 'all know, the service still is the worst in town. Order is wrong every single time I go there, which isn 't much, then they say I didn 't say what I ordered, I 'm not dumb I know what I ordered. They argue with you and purposely don 't you up forthings you didn 't order. Food is always nasty and dry and old. The younger black guy never greets you properly even has calledme bruh . I guess even the manager doesn 't care about this store. Who is the district manager of the Terrell store anyway? Arethey ever there? It 's like you have to tell them how to do their jobs. Just close it down already.
I specifically requested that my croissants be heated in the microwave, but that request was ignored. This makes me question why I was asked to pull up at all, especially since there was no one in front of me or behind me. It seems like it was simply to improve your timing metrics. A tip for fellow customers: don't move forward if they ask you to. I ordered a cup of coffee at 10 a.m., only to be told they don't have "hot" coffee. This seemed odd, given that I received cold food. Clearly, the coffee is available; it just appears they are unwilling to brew more. If making coffee is too much trouble, it should be removed from the menu. As a substitute, I opted for a vanilla iced coffee, but I couldn't tell if it was mixed with mocha by mistake or what, but it tasted awful. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. Fellow customers, keep in mind that if they ask you to pull up, it doesn't guarantee you'll get fresh food. Save yourself the hassle.
We requested a refund, and it took a considerable amount of time for them to process it. It was evident that the restaurant was severely understaffed. Running a business effectively is nearly impossible with so few employees. There should have been at least one staff member capable of managing the operations better, but that wasn’t the case. Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Burger King, and I won’t be coming back. I attribute the issue more to the owner or manager than the employees. Those in charge need to be aware of what’s happening in the restaurant instead of leaving a few overwhelmed staff members to handle everything on their own.
