I still cringe when I think about it.

My experience was quite disapp... read more During our trip, we decided to visit this A&W location, anticipating a great meal, but I must say, it's best to avoid this place. My experience was quite disappointing. I paid extra for lettuce and tomato, and when I opened my meal in the car to add some pepper, I was shocked to find brown, slimy lettuce. I quickly returned it, requesting fresh lettuce. The second time around, they had simply removed the obvious bad lettuce, but remnants were still on the burger, which was completely unacceptable. I didn't feel comfortable eating it at all, so I asked for a refund and let them keep the burger. It's a shame because A&W used to be one of my favorites, but I won’t be going back to this location. Just drive past it. I gave it 3 stars for the atmosphere, but we didn't even dine inside—I'm sure the restroom conditions aren't any better. With service like this, I doubt they'll be around for long.
