We ordered 3 pizzas for a Birthday Party and basically the entire order was wrong. When we called the store to tell them of the error, they pretty much called u... read more We ordered 3 pizzas for a Birthday Party and basically the entire order was wrong. When we called the store to tell them of the error, they pretty much called us liars and said they were positively certain we got what we ordered. Last time I checked, tacopizza should have tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, chips. None of those ingredients were on any of the pizzas. The meat galore, ifthat's what you call it, was sausage pepperoni...that's it. Lastly, the Supreme had only pepperoni sausage. The person toldus we could bring all 3 pizzazs back and they would remake them. We had hungry guests, so that wasn't an option. I will saythis is the first time we've had an issue with Casey's. How the complaint was handled was less than professional and somecustomer service training is in order. UPDATE: I changed my rating from a 1 to 4 due to being contacted by both the localmanagement and Corporate thanking me for alerting them to the issue I had. They agreed some customer service training was inorder. I appreciate their response and concern. Great job Casey's.

All in all great store.
