The medium well burger was outstanding. I asked for the fries to be extra crispy and they came out perfect. Nice timing by the cook all the way around. Did not have the option online to leave off the onions pickles. The bar tender/server had a slightly off putting attitude when I gave her the coupon for my free birthday burger though. I have always enjoyed the food at this restaurant, along with the prompt service and friendly staff. They serve the best pigtail I've ever tasted—it's so tender that you could cut it with a fork! The staff informed me that they never freeze their meat, ensuring that it is always fresh, which likely contributes to the incredible tenderness and juiciness of the pork. In addition to the fantastic meat, they also offer a self-serve salad bar. After a few visits, I even requested that they bring back banana peppers to the salad bar! I would highly recommend Ruby's to everyone!
Nice quiet atmosphere with affordable meals. We love the steaks. The newly improved salad bar is an added bonus. Staff are friendly. We enjoy a relaxing and unhurried environment. I miss the cooked spaghetti squash side.
Fast service and food was good. Plenty of parking and easily seen from the road. The menu has the typical verities, something for everyone. They have the salad bar (I did not have), things looked good, cold, and clean. Nice bar setup with TV's. My only concern was that it looked to be all youngest kids working (servers) and they clumped up a lot and talked loudly to one another. Other than that great.
