Nice quiet hotel in the town of Val Cenis in Savoi region of the french alps. Clean rooms with balconies. Close to ski area lift for winter activities.
We spend 5 nights in this hotel with a group of 14 to do tour skiing. Very nice hotel, good kitchen and friendly staff. I can only recommend this hotel.
Nice rooms, great food and the views are great. Not the most important detail but the music in the restaurant or bar is great, Al Green, Michael Kiwanuka, Amy Winehouse, Bill Withers Etc. would definitely recommend, especially if you are going up L’Iseran. The most important detail is Big Ears the adorable dog. Not sure if they are from the hotel but they sit outside and look adorable.
Loved staying here. Came with two other guys on a motorcycle trip and stayed for only a night. Lots of parking in a massive parking lot behind the hotel and the hotel is located in the heart of town. The restaurant, bar, and reception downstairs were homey and personalized. Toys and play items for kids and a friendly old dog lounging around which was great. Staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating and worked with us on dinner when we got in late and gave us personalized guidance on the wine list with passion and verve. Rooms were great and comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. I really loved this place.
It's a wonderful few days in the mountains. The hotel is so warm and perfect that you won't want to leave. Perfectly suited to a stay with family or friends. Ideally located at the foot of the slopes. Nothing needs to be reviewed. Everything is perfect there. I also highly recommend half board Rooms: 5 Service: 5
