beautiful freshly baked products, all allergens listed and in the display of each product. a good choice of vegan, milk-free, gluten-free products. very cheap and a large selection of sweet and hearty items. highly recommended, but if they want a good selection of products on a Saturday, they must be there in time. they close after lunch and sell from popular items like rolls and donuts! What George Cook doesn't like about De'aths Bakery:
I ordered rolls and two french sticks which have all gone off now, I understand bread would dry after a couple days but this could have cracked glass if thrown at it! I also asked for a cake to be baked, told yes for was fine but they could not ice happy birthday on it!! Trying to support local businesses but when the products are so poor makes me want to go back to Tesco. View all feedback.
Where to start? So much choice. The freshly baked bread was delicious. I have never seen so many different types of bread before. Also treated myself to some sort of millionaires cake slice with peanut butter in it. It was so tasty and huge. Glad...I was only visiting as I'd be in here everyday!!
I ordered a takeaway afternoon tea for two for my daughter in law's birthday. They did an absolutely fantastic job. There was so much in the boxes that they are still indulging the following day. They made the sandwiches just how she likes them and...there was a good selection of both sweet and savoury. They even put on ribbons and a birthday message. Well done!
I could write a book about this Bakery. They offer the most amazing variety of Bread and Cakes, All made fresh and no preservatives, cannot get better than that. Christmas was exceptional as always and I went home laden with bread and cakes, especially the...Christmas log, absolutely delicious. We couldn't eat everything that I had purchased, so popped what was left in the freezer. Absolutely the Best Bakery.

Since moving to Manningtree I estimate I here weekly. Amazing cakes! I mean seriously good and the variety is great. Great hot pastries and fresh baguettes but it’s all about the cakes! Stunning.
