I live in the Niagara region of New York, and whenever I’m in the NNJ area, I always make it a point to stop by Paulie when I can. Their pizza is, without a doubt, my favorite, and that’s saying a lot considering Western New York is known for its pizza! I usually prefer a soft, thick crust—definitely not a fan of thin and crispy—and that’s exactly what their pizza offers. It strikes the perfect balance between crispy and chewy. The sauce is flavorful without being overly spiced, and the blend of cheeses is simply delicious. They also have a variety of unique topping combinations that I’ve never encountered before. If you’re looking for a fantastic place to eat, take it from a local: when it comes to homemade pizza, you can’t go wrong at Paulie!

Upon entering, you're immediately greeted by the mouthwatering aroma coming from the oven. The pizza is simply exquisite, boasting a perfect balance of cheese and sauce, all on a crust that would make any pizzeria in Italy jealous. The salads are vibrant, crisp, and thoroughly satisfying. And then there are the garlic knots... oh, the garlic knots! They have a rich, creamy exterior and a fluffy interior that feels light as air.

I've been visiting Paulie for five years, and I'll keep coming back as long as it's still open. Even with the new management, I always feel welcomed, and I truly hope it stays in business for a long time.

Five star food and service. We ordered Margarita Pizza and Chicken Parmigiana from Paulie for lunch today. Everything was so delicious and serving was also really great for the family of four. The pasta came in my fridge with a chicken stall. Oil
