Since they've upgraded this Wendy's the food is giving yellow Wendy's ok. The service I received 2 days ago was amazing and we didn't have to wait that long to receive our food which is a plus because this Wendy's stays packed ! View all feedback.
The young lady, Lashawna, taking orders was extremely distracted and when asked for a hamburger three times she seemed unable to accommodate us. I then asked for a JBC with no bacon no cheese. The requested sauce was sweet sour. Upon receiving our food a young man made zero attempt at greeting me handed me the food without looking. I had to wait to request a straw which was given by the young lady, again with no customer engagement.My sons burger had no lettuce or tomato on it as JBC typically do (I never used the word “plain” when ordering which Lashawna did not take the time to confirm), not any condiments despite me only asking that the cheese and bacon be removed from the sandwich. Our receipt said Sweet Sour a total of three times. The sauce in the bag was BBQ. Absolutely abysmal service.

Drive thru was a little slow even with only one car ahead of me but the breakfast was decent even though the potatoes were
Every time I come through drive the workers are rude and cursing. They are very unprofessional, only good thing is that the food is hot
I hope I 'm spelling her name right.Laveisha (aka) V . I surely hope she 's the manager because if she isn 't they need to make her one. My order wasn 't right and fries was hard and they forgot to give me my drink. The rude unbothered smart mouth lady that took my order had an attitude and closed the window on me. I ended going inside because I was pissed and wanted to see her face ,plus get my order right because I was ready to just get my money back. But when I tell you that Laveisha took over ,greeted me with a smile , apologized and got my order right. I felt better,she helped calm me down,Now that 's top customer service. She 's most definitely unforgettable. Thank you V.. Y 'all need to let go of Ms nasty with the long braids in the corner running her mouth not caring about customers orders .she need to take lessons from Ms V. You go girl.
