Maya Bistro - Arlington

Food and service was excellent! We are vegan and there was a large variety of veggie dishes to choose from.

Marvelous! I can’t say enough good things about the Maya Bistro!!! The service is superb — it’s a family owned restaurant and they truly care about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – try the moussaka (the owner’s wife recipe), the Beyti Yogurt, the delicious hummus; and the Apricot Delight for dessert. I highly recommend this place!

Two friends and I had dinner at Maya Bistro. We were served flatbread with a black olive spread. Delicious. Two of us shared the mixed grill platter for 2 – 55.00. The platter had plenty of food and it was tasty. The other person in our group got the Maya spreads trio baba ganoush, hummus, patlican kozleme. We enjoyed the spreads on the bread. We ate a lot of bread. She also got the moussaka which she liked. Everything was well prepared especially the meat on the platter. Over cooked meat ruins it for me. The meat was not dry at all. The cook did a wonderful job. We were there for an early dinner on a weekend so there were not many people there. The restaurant was quiet. The staff were very nice and attentive.

I booked first through the restaurant on open table but received no confirmation . On Monday I went to Open Table website and booked. Somehow it showed up as two reservations. We were there and enjoyed our meals! Please note this as I received a message that I didn’t show up!

Too many interruptions by servers. We like Maya Bistro. But we came to talk to friends.
