Subway - Temple

Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. We were informed that only cash was accepted, and the staff mentioned that their systems had been down for the past two or three days. There was no tea available after 8:45 PM, and only well drinks could be ordered. At 9:50 PM, a male staff member told us we had just 10 minutes to finish up. Additionally, at 10 PM, he left the establishment and got into his car, leaving the remaining employee alone. This felt unprofessional and uncertain. On a positive note, the female staff member was friendly and provided helpful information about the new menu options, and she was quick, polite, and efficient.

This restaurant is very convenient for those who spend a lot of time at the clinic. It's especially helpful for people who have lab appointments in the late morning and need to grab a quick bite. Thank you, Subway!

Today, I encountered a very rude employee at the Subway in Scott and White (#0123). I expected better service in a hospital setting. I recommend contacting both Subway and the hospital about this issue.

Got great Black Forest Ham and Cheese Footlongs! The Broccoli and Cheese Soup is Soooo Good, but, they don't always have it. The Sweet Tea is Just Right and those Cookies???? Soft and Delicious!
