Despite being the only customer placing an order, I e... read more I typically do not go out for breakfast, but every time I visit this restaurant I feel like I am a burden. Despite being the only customer placing an order, I experience long wait times. It is frustrating to watch the line at McDonald's move quickly while I wait for my order. I attempted to use the mobile app to streamline the process, but the staff seem to be untrained in fulfilling mobile orders, despite accepting them for over a year. In my opinion, the management is incompetent. I fear that the restaurant may not survive once Zaxby's opens. While the food is decent for fast food, I am unwilling to tolerate lengthy waits and interruptions for cigarette breaks from the staff. The atmosphere in the dining room resembles a daycare at times. It is a wonder if the business is profitable, perhaps breakfast sales are keeping it afloat.
