Hardee's - Temple
Hardee's
Description
At Hardee's, experiences vary widely, with some patrons enjoying the fresh breakfast offerings and friendly service, particularly praising the quality of their burgers and breakfast sandwiches. However, others express disappointment with the inconsistent food quality, long wait times, and unclean dining environments. Critics highlight the poor taste of the meat and overpriced menu items, while some customers feel burdened by delays, even during quieter hours. Despite a few rave reviews, many diners are soured by subpar service and a decline in overall value, leading to reluctance in returning to this well-known fast-food chain.

Feedback
The restaurant offers fresh biscuits with hot sausage gravy for breakfast. The atmosphere is rated as a 3, while the food and service are rated a 4 and 3 respectively. The price per person ranges from $1 to $10.
I typically do not go out for breakfast, but every time I visit this restaurant I feel like I am a burden. Despite being the only customer placing an order, I experience long wait times. It is frustrating to watch the line at McDonald's move quickly while I wait for my order. I attempted to use the mobile app to streamline the process, but the staff seem to be untrained in fulfilling mobile orders, despite accepting them for over a year. In my opinion, the management is incompetent. I fear that the restaurant may not survive once Zaxby's opens. While the food is decent for fast food, I am unwilling to tolerate lengthy waits and interruptions for cigarette breaks from the staff. The atmosphere in the dining room resembles a daycare at times. It is a wonder if the business is profitable, perhaps breakfast sales are keeping it afloat.
I ordered just a milkshake and it took 17 minutes to get my order and no one else was in the restaurant. They are very very slow and rude. The inside of the restaurant wasn't very clean.Parking: The entire parking lot was empty except for my car
