Unfortunately, the entrance doors were locked and the store gate from the Pilot station was closed with a trash can blocking it. The store was supposed to open at 6:30am, but it appeared that the staff intentionally delayed opening for an extra 1 1/2 hours to avoid serving customers. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but purposely keeping the doors closed is not the solution. I saw three employees, including a black man without a uniform wearing black sweatpants with a cigarette behind his ear, and two black females chatting behind the counter. Wendy's in Temple, Georgia, I urge you to improve your service.

Overall, the service was decent but could improve. This was a take-out dinner and the price per person was between $10-20. The food was average, with a rating of 3 out of 5, while the service and atmosphere both received a 4 out of 5. I would recommend trying the chili and Peppermint Frosty.

I attempted to move the signs to enter, but the staff started yelling at me. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere were all rated poorly with a score of 1 each.
