Clem Mikeska's -b-q - Temple

I had a fantastic experience at this BBQ restaurant. I ordered Clem's sausage along with a side salad and a loaded baked potato, and I also enjoyed some tea and two rolls. I wasn't extremely hungry, so I opted for the kid's menu sausage plate, which was perfect, especially after adding an extra side. Our waitress, Hazel, was efficient, friendly, and truly delightful. Thanks, Hazel, for the great service and delicious food! The atmosphere of the place was rustic and charming, filled with various antiques.

March 2022 - Hats off to Big Texas! The BBQ was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed dining in the spacious, rustic-themed dining room. Our waitress was incredibly friendly, and the food service was impressively quick. The pecan pie paired with butter pecan ice cream was the perfect way to end the evening.

The turkey was fantastic, incredibly juicy! What truly delighted me were the sides, which were absolutely delicious. The rolls were mouthwatering, the corn on the cob was perfectly tender, and the lightly sauced broccoli salad was a wonderful surprise. The decor is always engaging, providing plenty to discuss! Our waitress, Stephanie, was attentive with refills and very friendly. I regret not taking a photo until we had already devoured half the meal!

First and foremost, The I was blind sided with the creativeness put into the restaurant entire awesomeness building inside and out side too. The Ambiance holds top praise, (IT IS RARE) Our Compliments goes to your Chefs! as it was simply the best chicken fried steak dinner we 've had in decades!! 'The Service awesome.! 'High note '~Employees did not seem to be bothered of the fact that were the last guests to roll in and rolled happily rolled out after closing~.~100% repeat visit ASAP ,.

Such a great place with such delicious food. 10/10 willing to make a 4hr trip up here to eat here again. Waiter was amazing even being his first night.
