The service was very slow—13 minutes just for a Cajun biscuit. Additionally, the staff in the kitchen were unprofessional and appeared to be violating health regulations by not wearing hairnets or hats. Finding hair in the food was unpleasant. It’s been five days since my visit, and I’ve already left this review, emailed customer support, and called the store trying to reach the general or area managers, but I have yet to receive any response. This seems to reflect not only on this location but also on upper management. With so many restaurants closing due to poor service, it’s surprising Bojangles is still open, but I have a feeling it won’t be for long.
The food tastes good, but that’s where the positives end. Most of the items I tried to order were unavailable, and the young staff seemed completely clueless. My order was a complete mess—items were missing from my drive-thru bag, and I even received the wrong drink. To make matters worse, the employees appeared confused and uncertain about how to fix the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. If you do decide to visit, make sure to double-check your order.
When I arrived at this restaurant, it wasn't crowded. Unfortunately, the chicken I received appeared to have been sitting out for some time. I ordered an 8-piece box and was quite disappointed. I really wish there were more dining options available in Temple. While the biscuits were fresh, the chicken definitely wasn't at its best. If I decide to return, I would recommend that others inspect their food before leaving.
The restaurant recently celebrated its grand reopening under new management, and the improvements are evident. The service was outstanding, the food was served promptly, and it was truly delicious. We had the pleasure of meeting the new owners, who were warm and eager about the possibilities for their establishment in Temple, GA. I highly recommend giving this place another chance to experience the enhanced food quality, quicker service, and friendly staff.
