An older lady ca... read more The Hokkaido milk tea and popcorn chicken were delicious, but what really impressed me was the outstanding customer service at this restaurant. An older lady came in and was upset that the Starbucks next door was closed, showing she was unfamiliar with boba or milk tea. Despite her insistence on a "regular caffeine drink," the staff patiently explained the menu to her. Their kindness and patience in dealing with her complaints were truly remarkable. She ended up choosing a Vietnamese coffee. I don't know if she will return, but I will definitely be back for more great food and service.

The popcorn chicken is now very hard, and the atmosphere is unpleasant. The workers take a long time to prepare food, often standing around watching videos and playing video games, and discussing negative things about past customers or their personal lives. During today's lunch break, which is only 30 minutes, I waited 25 minutes for my food, which was not even served hot. I have decided to stop dining at this restaurant.
