The whole culinary experience was exceptional, leaving me wanting more. The portion sizes were generous, providing a delicious and fulfilling meal. The flavors and textures were perfectly balanced, making each bite a delightful adventure.

An older lady ca... read more The Hokkaido milk tea and popcorn chicken were delicious, but what really impressed me was the outstanding customer service at this restaurant. An older lady came in and was upset that the Starbucks next door was closed, showing she was unfamiliar with boba or milk tea. Despite her insistence on a "regular caffeine drink," the staff patiently explained the menu to her. Their kindness and patience in dealing with her complaints were truly remarkable. She ended up choosing a Vietnamese coffee. I don't know if she will return, but I will definitely be back for more great food and service.

The popcorn ch... read more I have been coming to this restaurant for a year now, and initially, everything was great. However, recently there has been a decline in quality. The popcorn chicken is now very hard, and the atmosphere is unpleasant. The workers take a long time to prepare food, often standing around watching videos and playing video games, and discussing negative things about past customers or their personal lives. During today's lunch break, which is only 30 minutes, I waited 25 minutes for my food, which was not even served hot. I have decided to stop dining at this restaurant.

They had an issue with the card... read more The employees (I think one was a manager) are just the nicest people I’ve come across at a boba shop, really sweet and patient. They had an issue with the card reader and they let me have the drink for free. I felt bad I didn’t have cash on me to tip them at least. I would definitely support this place if I’m ever in the area again! Drink was tasty, and the prices are reasonable!
