Food was some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in quite a while. Only complaint was the loud rap music and the drunk guy dancing up and down the aisles. That being said, I understand we’re near a college campus so I get who the primary market is. Service was great and tacos and queso were amazing so this old guy would come back despite the music! What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about El Hefe:
It was not crowded but the music was super loud. The service was awful we waited and waited for our food which was just fair. Worst vday date ever. Thank goodness she decided to go out with me again. View all feedback.
I love their tacos and their margaritas. I really didn't think I liked Tacos until I tried them! Taco Tuesday is the best in this place!
Food was awesome. Wish i had more choices but overall great place. The blueberry margarita was on point.
The food is good but it is SUPER noisy if you want to talk, if you want to have a good time with friends just hanging with fun music its perfect
It was not just noisy and dirty but the service was pathetic and servers did not care. We had to chase to get silverware and get our order properly fulfilled. Food was mediocre.
