TL:DR; definitely go here!! I've been here a few times, but today I asked for something very specific, looking for a balance I couldn't describe. The people working delivered the perfect drink, exactly the taste I was looking for! They were nice people and made great conversation, and just overall the place is homely and lovely to be in. My tea cost $7.50, and my friend's cost $6.50, which we'll both gladly pay for the good service and perfect drinks we got. Even if you don't know what to get, they'll help you figure it out! 100% recommend!Kid-friendliness: Affordable sweet treat for your little ones. Popping pearls and boba are fun for them to have too! Just be careful if they're really little kids, the boba and pearls are small!Dietary restrictions: Was able to provide almost milk in place of regular milk.
I had an iced boba milk tea and it wasn’t as special as some. It’s just basic and taste like real black tea.
To the new owner that says nothing has changed. That’s a lie. Your strawberry milk is completely different and disgusting. I had to throw both of my drinks away. The staff is great but unfortunately I won’t be returning.
I used to love coming to this place with my family. Since new ownership, the atmosphere and the quality changed. And not for the better. I can’t even come in with my kids anymore, because the music they play is atrocious and foul. The quality of boba sucks. It has become clumpy and sticky. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Just grumpy and miserable. No interest in serving their customers. It’s very disappointing that ThirsTea turned into this generic place with no character or quality. Not coming back.
