I had to throw both of my drinks away. The staff is great but unfortunately I won’t be returning.

I can’t even come in wi... read more I used to love coming to this place with my family. Since new ownership, the atmosphere and the quality changed. And not for the better. I can’t even come in with my kids anymore, because the music they play is atrocious and foul. The quality of boba sucks. It has become clumpy and sticky. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Just grumpy and miserable. No interest in serving their customers.It’s very disappointing that ThirsTea turned into this generic place with no character or quality. Not coming back.
