I ended up having to create a combo in a different way, and I also forgot to ask for garlic bread. I've been here three times and always had some type of pasta combo before.

Despite being at the front of the line, the... read more I visited Sbarro at the Temecula mall hoping to enjoy a slice of pizza, but my friend and I felt completely ignored. Despite being at the front of the line, the staff served everyone else before us. It was disheartening because we were the only Black customers there, and it felt like we were overlooked. To make matters worse, a staff member named Logan was quite rude to us and had a negative attitude. I simply requested a fresh slice of pizza they had just taken out, and he responded poorly. He assumed I wanted to dine in, and when I clarified that I wanted it to go, his demeanor soured even further. This experience was truly unbelievable! I believe that managers should prioritize hiring employees with a positive attitude for customer service, as it makes a significant difference. Just wanted to make others aware of this situation at Sbarro.
