Contribute FeedbackDespite some mixed reviews of the service, the food at PF Chang's seems to remain a consistent highlight. While some diners experienced issues with seating, waiting times, and service, others praised the quality of the food and the friendly staff. Although there were some minor complaints about temperature and noise levels, overall, the dining experience at PF Chang's was still deemed enjoyable with excellent food and accommodating service. Despite some challenges due to the pandemic, diners appreciated the efforts made by the restaurant to provide a safe environment for dining.
Food was very good. Service was not good. Our regular waitress was not there. Server brought soup last. We asked for appetizer and entree be brought together. Instead she brought entree and appetizer then later soup. We told her we didn't want it that way and she argued it with us. I still left her a good tip but I'm regretting doing that. If we go again we will specifically ask for anyone but her.
The chefs brought their A game. Everything was cooked to perfection. The manager searched high and low to find cheater chopsticks for our kids. Would definitely go back to this PF Changs.
Great deal for what we got. Always great food service.
The hosts were unaware of my reservation and said they didn't have it, but I kept receiving text messages saying my table was ready. I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes in an empty restaurant. However, the mojito I ordered made up for the wait. The waiters and servers were friendly.
Great place for birthday parties! The service was exceptional.
