PF Chang's food is pretty consistent in all locations, corporate Chinese food, but it was good and I appreciated their efforts to allow us to eat in a safe environment. Wait staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall a good experience.

I know the restaurant has been recently sold but the crispy fried shrimp was soggy, the wontons were cold in the middle, the lettuce wraps were the only thing at the right temperature. The service was chaotic and unfocused and the restaurant was dirty.

Service was not good. Our regular waitress was not there. Server brought soup last. We asked for appetizer and entree be brought together. Instead she brought entree and appetizer then later soup. We told her we didn't want it that way and she argued it with us. I still left her a good tip but I'm regretting doing that. If we go again we will specifically ask for anyone but her.
